What is call spoofing?
Cyber expert Mohd. Hasan Zaidi says that call spoofing can also be called identity theft. Actually, in this the cyber criminal creates a fake caller ID from the number of the person concerned. For this he takes unauthorized access to the mobile. After this, he calls people through Voice over Internet Protocol and in this the caller ID is displayed of the number of the person whose mobile has been unauthorized access. To protect yourself from this, install anti-virus software from certified companies in your mobile. Do not open any unknown link. Apart from this, go to Tafcop website and also check how many SIMs are activated on your basis.
